Contribution Rules
By making a contribution, I certify that:
- I am a U.S. citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own personal funds, and not provided by another person or entity.
- I am at least eighteen (18) years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am using my own personal credit or debit card, not a corporate, business, or someone else’s card.
Contributions or gifts are not tax-deductible.
Contribution Limits:
Individuals may contribute up to $3,300 per election.
- The first $3,300 is designated for the primary election.
- The next $3,300 is designated for the general election.
Reporting Requirements:
Federal law requires us to make our best effort to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of donors who contribute more than $200 in an election cycle.
